Winter Wine Dinners

On Tuesday, February 21st at 7pm we will be celebrating Fat Tuesday and all things Mardi Gras. In a tribute to this annual day of gluttony, Chef de Cuisine, David France is unveiling his 7- course menu with optional wine pairing. With West African, French, Spanish, and Amerindian influences, this amalgamation of cultures has created a rich food history in unique to the Southern United States. Honoring these ingredients and culinary preparations is our nod to the cultural significance of creole food within the United States food scene.

Playing into the fabulous creole and cajun cuisine of the south and especially New Orleans, Chef is taking us on flavorful journey with some traditional dishes, but also some fun spinoffs as well. We hope to bring you a night of great food and the "joie de vivre" attitude of the Big Easy. Reservations Required. www.resy.com (direct link to event)
