Our starting point is a 4-course tasting menu that will be artfully prepared by our Executive Culinary team. Our custom menu is a combination of exceptional ingredients and local bounty. We encourage you to tailor your menu further with a one-on-one conversation with the chef. Taking preferences from your favorite foods, cultural influences, and more -- to masterfully prepare a one-of-kind personalized experience.

Elevate each course with a perfectly paired wine flight or surprise your guest with a chilled bottle of champagne awaiting you at the table. 

 

You will even be granted access to our “cellar list” which is The Brewster Inn’s proprietary listing of its most highly sought-after bottles hidden from our standard wine list. Due to the rarity of the bottles this list is offered exclusively to only the most passionate and knowledgeable wine connoisseurs.
