The Main House
The Brewster Inn's main house rooms are a unique collaboration of antique charm with modern conveniences. Each room is different in decor and character, but all rooms feature private bathrooms, HD television, free wireless internet, HVAC, hair dryers, irons, ironing boards, and alarm clocks. Some of our rooms include a two-person jacuzzi, gas fireplaces, deluxe showers, sun porches, and private outdoor balconies. All guests have use of our waterfront, but some of the main house rooms offer picturesque views of Cazenovia Lake as well.
The Carriage House
The Brewster Inn's Carriage House is nestled between the inn and the village sidewalks. Dating back to the late 1800's this beautiful building was restored and converted in 1990 with recent room renovations in 2025.
Each room has its own distinct style and charm. We have king bed, queen bed and double bed options in this building. Some rooms include jacuzzis and sofa beds as well. Room #33 and #34 have antique wooden beams crossing the expansive cathedral ceilings with which were a part of the original structure.
Hotel Policies
Check In Time: anytime after 2:00PM
Check Out Time: anytime before 11:00AM
During the months of May through October,
we have a two night minimum on weekends.
A deposit, your first night's total bill will be taken one month prior.
The remainder of the payment can be made upon check out.
Cancellation: If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. At that time, we will refund any deposit that has been taken withholding 10% to account for credit card fees.
In the event that you must cancel your reservation with less than seven (7) days notice, please understand that we will refund your deposit (excluding 10% for credit card processing fees) only if we can rebook your room(s).
No-Show: If you do not show up for an overnight reservation, you will be charged for that night in full.
No pets are allowed.
We are a non-smoking property.
Guests may be subject to a $250 penalty.
