spicy tuna roll with house-pickled ginger, avocado mousse, soy wasabi glaze & a spicy aioli
Second Course
candied ham burnt-end steam buns with hoisin, cucumber quick-pickles, cilantro, & Dave's housemade spicy sambal
Third Course
grilled Wagyu heart marinated with red wine vinegar, fresh herbs & garlic
shaved parsnip salad with white truffle oil
Dessert Course
grilled stone fruit parfait
with toasted nut bread & a Knob Creek zabaglione
