Join us for an interactive dining experience unlike any other. For $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity, you will be treated to a very special 4-course meal and two small gifts from the chef. The food will be prepared in front of you and the chef will talk through each course.

About the Event

Chef: Jason Wright

This is not your mama's meatballs and marinara! We are delighted to host this Chef's Table event to highlight all the fresh and inventive cuisine from around Italy. From the coastal regions of Venice and Naples, to the wine regions of Tuscany and Piedmont, Italy's cuisine is as diverse as it's terrain. Additionally, we will have a special guest representative of the wineries who has curated a perfect pairing of wines for each course. Chef Jason Wright will prepare all 4-courses, plus two gifts in front of the room as he explains his special ingredients and cooking techniques. $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Optional wine pairing is $30 per person additional.

First Course:

Charred Octopus

with an artichoke & eggplant salad

Second Course:

Rock Shrimp

with a sun-dried tomato polenta

Entree Course:

Grilled Bass

with a white bean cassoulet
