Price: $65 per person / $35 for the optional wine pairing

First Course:

Octopus Carpaccio

caper and olive viniagrette, celery root slaw & roasted tomato oil

Second Course:

Foreged Mushroom Miso Soup

duck confit, silken tofu & chives

Entree Course:

Korea Fried Veal Sweetbreads

kimchi dikon radish, crispy scallion rice & quail egg

Dessert Course:

Honey Parmesan Panna Cotta

pine nut honey comb crumble with fresh berries
