Forest Mushroom Terrine

Grilled Spring Onions, Radish & Baby Sorrel with Fresh Dill

Entree Course:

Roasted Winter Pumpkin Dal

Red Lentils, Coconut Rice & Kefir Lime Lebneh

Ruby Red Beet Chocolate Cake

Cream Cheese Frosting & a Touch of Sea Salt
