Price: $65 per person / $35 for the optional wine pairing

Crab Flan with a Pistachio Tuile

Second Course:

Grilled Caesar Salad

Agnolotti with Braised Lamb

Dessert Course:

Chocolate Soup

with a spice cake & quenelle of white chocolate
