This Chef's Table is all fun and games, especially with Chef and Co-Owner, Stephen Franks preparing the meal! Playing off the March Madness theme, Franks will create courses that will leave you saying "what was he thinking!?" Be prepared for over the top plating, crazy ingredients, funky pairings, and flavors that might just make you lose your mind!
