shaved asparagus & radish with freshly made burrata cheese & a spring herb chimichurri

Second Course

Pan Roasted Halibut

with braised celery & zabaglione

Entree Course

Cauliflower Risotto

with Indian curried pork

Dessert Course

walnut meringue pie

This Chef's Table is all fun and games, especially with Chef and Co-Owner, Stephen Franks preparing the meal! Playing off the March Madness theme, Franks will create courses that will leave you saying "what was he thinking!?" Be prepared for over the top plating, crazy ingredients, funky pairings, and flavors that might just make you lose your mind!

Menu will be announced on the Monday prior. Please note that the menu may be subject to slight changes. As always let your server know of any dietary restrictions or food allergies, as most can be accomodated.
