Spiced Salt Cod Fritters

ancho harissa & Lebanese hummus

Moroccan Pork Tenderloin

with brown butter turnip puree, zaatar spiced puffed skin, shaved fennel & pickled pears

Dessert Course:

Pistacchio Semifreddo

with candied preserved lemon
