"There was a pioneering spirit growing grapes in Oregon, and I felt I could make a difference here" said Rollin Soles, Argyle Founder.
As the second installation of our wine dinner series, we are so excited to bring you selections from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. This collaboration with Argyle Vineyards is sure to be a superb showing of everything from sparkling to the famed 'Nuthouse' pinot noir.
Meal will consist of 4-courses for $75 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Szechuan peppercorn seared wagyu beef carpaccio, padano arancini, wild rocket & fried capers
Macadamia encrusted diver scallops, citrus burr blanc & fresh basil
Wild boar and mushroom ragout duck & dried cherry beggars purse with lively run goat cheese
Triple cream brie ice cream, pistachio brittle with a guajillo & pear compote
