Welcome yogi's of all abilities! On Sunday, July 7th we are offering an hour long morning yoga class from 9:30AM-10:30AM in collaboration with Erin Sawyer. Focusing on breath and balance -- we invite you to soak in the sunshine as you sit lakeside and start your morning with beauty and serenity.

Oh... and did we mention we are opening up the outdoor bar early!

Tickets are $20 per person and include one complimentary Mimosa or Bloody Mary on us! We will be setting up on the back lawn by the water, please bring your own mat if you have one (extras will be available) along with a water bottle, sunscreen, and a small towel. Look forward to seeing you there!

Erin's adventurous and playful spirit has developed her understanding of yoga. Yoga is the adventure of becoming your true self. Yoga has inspired her to welcome new experiences on and off the mat. She recognizes that every day brings something new and uses yoga as a learning tool to deal with these experiences.

Erin is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She completed her training with Boston Yoga School in February 2019 under the instruction of Ame Wren and Tiffany Cagwin. Erin is from Syracuse, New York, but she will be moving to Thailand in August.

In Erin’s classes you can expect to approach sequences with a playful mindset, trying on new things and seeing how they fit. She encourages self reflection throughout her classes and acceptance of the self. Erin hopes to bring a sense of joy to her students, regardless of the type of class she teaches.
