May a great month to see the beauty of Cazenovia and we hope to see you all for a meal - whether it be dinner or brunch during your stay in the area. With that said, we do however have a few rules. ALL RESERVATIONS FOR MAY 7-9 AND MAY 21-23 OPEN UP AT 9AM ON MONDAY APRIL 5TH. We will start booking at 9am sharp. Please keep in mind that we have specific seating times for all dates: Friday, May 7th: We take reservations at 5:00PM, 5:30PM, 6:00PM, 8:00PM and 8:30PM. *Deposit Required Saturday, May 8th: We take reservations at 5:00PM, 5:30PM, 6:00PM, 8:00PM and 8:30PM. *Deposit Required Sunday, May 9th / Mother's Day : We take reservations every half hour from 11AM to 5PM. There is no brunch on this Sunday, we do our traditional dinner menu all day. *Deposit Required
May 7-9: Deposits
All reservations from May 7-9 will require a $20 per person non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. That means, if you cancel your reservation at anytime or do not show for your reservation we will keep the deposit. When you arrive for your reservation, 100% of that deposit will be applied toward your restaurant bill. We do not penalize you for changes in party size or reservation time. So if you think 10 people may be coming, but only 6 are officially able to attend, you would still get your entire deposit back. If you book at 6PM, but would prefer 8pm, there is no penalty for the change.
Friday, May 21st: We take reservations at 5:00PM, 5:30PM, 6:00PM, 8:00PM and 8:30PM. *No deposit needed. Saturday, May 22nd: We take reservations at 5:00PM, 5:30PM, 6:00PM, 8:00PM and 8:30PM. *No deposit needed. Sunday, May 23rd: We take reservations for brunch starting at 10:30AM to 2:00PM. Dinner service will begin at 4PM. *No deposit needed.

General Reservation Policy: Reservations are highly recommended for dining at The Brewster Inn, as we cannot always guarantee a table to a walk-in party. Although a reservation does secure you a table, we cannot promise a particular area of the restaurant - either indoor or outdoor, porch or tavern, and so on. Preferences will always be noted, but can never be promised. Upon arrival, feel free to again mention any seating preferences to the host and they will do their best to accommodate.
