We are excited to announce that this winter we will be hosting a series of wine dinners on Thursday nights. A collaboration from Executive Chef / Owner, Jason Wright and Wine Manager / Owner, Kirk Gibson -- each evening we will explore different regions of the globe from a culinary perspective. Kicking off on Thursday, January 19th at 7pm - we are unleashing the creativity of the kitchen to introduce you to some of our favorite lesser-known ingredients and culinary techniques. Likewise, we hope to expand your breadth of knowledge and exceed your expectations with our wine choices as well. We are diving into the depths of our 15,000 bottle Wine Spectator awarded cellar to bring you selections that think outside the box.
