Mollydooker & Mushroom Dinner on October 5th
Get ready for a one-of-a-kind evening of incredible food, exceptional wine, and all things mushrooms at The Brewster Inn in Cazenovia on Monday, October 5, 2026.
The Brewster Inn is once again teaming up with local mushroom experts Fruit of the Fungi for their annual 5-course mushroom dinner.
Raising the bar for the second year, our wine pairing will be with Mollydooker Wines out of Australia. Adding to the excitement, Sarah Marquis, sole owner and chief winemaker of Mollydooker Wines, will be joining the evening in person. Guests will have the unique opportunity to enjoy the wines while hearing directly from the woman behind the renowned Mollydooker label.
The evening begins at 6:00 PM and runs until 8:00 PM at The Brewster Inn, located at 6 Ledyard Avenue overlooking beautiful Cazenovia Lake. Tickets are $125 per person and include food and wine. Options are available for those who would like to enjoy the dinner without the wine.
Only 40 tickets will be made available to the public and 10 have already been sold. The full menu should be available online soon!
Last year, this event took place on a beautiful fall night in the heated tent in our rose garden. If weather looks like it will cooperate, that is the plan again for this year. Although incase of inclimate weather we will move this event indoors.
