This year has surely tested us in many ways. As we sit here in November, with promising trials for vaccines we hope that we may be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Although we aren't in the clear just yet - we know we owe a big thanks to the many community members who have supported us throughout it all. Whether dining in the restaurant or picking up take-out, we truly appreciate all the efforts made to keep us up and running.
This is one (of hopefully many) ways that we hope to show our appreciation.
Giving back to the community that has done so much to support us, has always been important - but this year, more than ever. That is why we are partnering with CazCares to give away ten of our family turkey dinner take-out packages.
Each family will receive a fully cooked turkey, herb stuffing, chantilly potatoes, two loaves stretch bread, cranberry sauce, gravy and two vegetable sides. And of course we made sure not to forget the perfect sweet ending to the meal - pie! We are serving up slices of pumpkin, pecan, blueberry and apple crumb. Each package typically retails for $200 each. And in total the 10 full packages will feed 80 people.
We wholeheartedly believe that some of the best memories can be made around a lovingly prepared meal. We need this now more than ever, and we hope that our small contribution might have a profound effect on a community we care about!
