This is not your mama’s meatballs and marinara! We are delighted to host this Chef’s Table event to highlight all the fresh and inventive cuisine from around Italy. From the coastal regions of Venice and Naples, to the wine regions of Tuscany and Piedmont, Italy’s cuisine is as diverse as it’s terrain. Chef Jason Wright will prepare all 4-courses, plus two gifts in front of the room as he explains his special ingredients and cooking techniques. $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Optional wine pairing is $30 per person additional.

Who says that Irish cuisine is bland! With Chef David France in the kitchen, we invite you to experience the vibrancy of flavor in Irish cuisine. We will tackle classic dishes, but also show you the lesser known delicacies of Ireland. And let’s not forget the fabulous alcohol samplings of this country. Everything from red ales to Irish whiskeys will be perfectly paired with each course. Chef France will prepare all 4-courses, plus two gifts in front of the room as he explains his special ingredients and cooking techniques. $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Thursday, March 22nd – Oregon Wine Pairing Dinner Featuring Argyle Winery
“There was a pioneering spirit growing grapes in Oregon, and I felt I could make a difference here” said Rollin Soles, Argyle Founder. As the second installation of our wine dinner series, we are so excited to bring you selections from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. This collaboration with Argyle Winery is sure to be a superb showing of everything from Sparkling to the famed Pinot Noir. Meal is 4-courses, plus two gifts $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Stay tuned! This Chef’s Table is still in the brainstorming phase! Chef Stephen Franks is best known for doing inventive dinners highlighting a myriad of countries and cultural influences. He combines new cooking techniques with classical culinary influences to create a menu all his own. Chef Stephen Franks will prepare all 4-courses, plus two gifts in front of the room as he explains his special ingredients and cooking techniques. $60 per person, plus tax and tip. Optional wine pairing is $30 per person.
Friday, April 6th – Good Nature Brewery Beer Pairing Dinner
As New York State’s first farm brewery, Good Nature Brewing Company in Hamilton, New York brings a robust line up of beers focusing on crisp clean flavor profiles and drinkability. As a sustainable farm, all their beers are all natural, unfiltered and unpasteurized with no artificial additives. And lucky us! We may even have a special spring beer release to announce! The meal will consist of 4-courses combined with 4 beer pairings for $60 per person plus tax and gratuity.
