This is one of our favorite combinations of fitness and fun. Barre workouts, inspired by ballet, focus on improving strength, flexibility, and posture through small, controlled movements. Participants often experience an enhanced sense of grace and poise as they engage in these low-impact exercises. Pairing this with a cocktail from one of the world's finest purveyors —Belvedere—adds a touch of luxury and relaxation to the experience.
