As you may know, we like to have a little fun in the winter months! Things are overall a bit slower and it allows us a chance to do things a little bit differently.
This past January and February we launched our first ever "Winter Wine Series" on Monday nights which consisted of a 3-course tasting menu and complementary self-guided wine pairing curated by Wine Manager / Owner, Kirk Gibson.
Each week we visited a new topic within wine - either a country of origin or a specific grape varietal. We covered -- Spain, Italy, France thus far and spent another two weeks delving into Cabernet Sauvignon and red blends.
We designed each program to be relaxed and approachable for all participants. Whether you are looking to expand your wine knowledge or just enjoy a great meal out -- we will gladly accommodate! The menu is typically announced a week prior to the event and seating is limited so reservations are highly encouraged.
