Hats off to you graduate - you did it!
Central New York is home to many fabulous colleges and universities and we are so delighted that when parents look for a great spot to celebrate the achievements of their children, they look to The Brewster Inn.
May a great month to see the beauty of Cazenovia and we hope to see you all for a meal - whether it be dinner or brunch during your stay in the area. With that said, we do however have a few rules.
Colgate Graduation: Sunday, May 20th 2018
Syracuse Graduation: Sunday, May 13th, 2018
Mother's Day: Sunday, May 13th, 2018
Cazenovia Graduation: Saturday, May 19th, 2018
ALL RESERVATIONS FOR MAY 11-13 AND MAY 18-20 OPEN UP AT 9AM ON MONDAY APRIL 2ND.
We will start booking at 9am sharp. All reservations will be confirmed and a $20 per person non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. That means, if you cancel your reservation at anytime or do not show for your reservation we will keep the deposit. When you arrive for your reservation, 100% of that deposit will be applied toward your restaurant bill.
We do not penalize you for changes in party size or reservation time. So if you think 10 people may be coming, but only 6 are officially able to attend, you would still get your entire deposit back. If you book at 6PM, but would prefer 8pm, there is no penalty for the change.
Please keep in mind that we have specific seating times for all dates:
Friday, May 11th: We take reservations at 5:00PM, 5:30PM, 6:00PM, 8:00PM and 8:30PM.
Saturday, May 12th: We take reservations at 5:00PM, 5:30PM, 6:00PM, 8:00PM and 8:30PM.
Sunday, May 13th / Mother's Day : We take reservations at 12:00PM, 12:30PM, 2:00PM, 2:30PM, 4:00PM, 4:30PM, 6:00PM, 6:30PM and 8:00PM. There is no brunch on this Sunday, we do our traditional dinner menu all day.
Friday, May 18th: We take reservations at 5:00PM, 5:30PM, 6:00PM, 8:00PM and 8:30PM.
Saturday, May 19th: We take reservations at 5:00PM, 5:30PM, 6:00PM, 8:00PM and 8:30PM.
Sunday, May 20th: We take reservations for brunch starting at 10:30AM to 1:30PM. Dinner service will begin at 4PM.
