One of our favorite winter holidays, New Year's Eve is always a fun holiday at The Brewster Inn. This year, and most every year we do a 4-course tasting menu for $85 per person.

This year we featured a wide variety of options including foie gras creme brûlée, Butter Poached Lobster Eggs Benedict, Roasted Manchester Quail, Crab & Avocado Stacked Salad and much much more.

We were even lucky enough to have a very special proposal that happened that night, just after dinner service. Two longtime guests grabbed a cozy cocktail in front of the fireplace at "their table". Ed Sheeran's "Perfect" came over the sound system as the two danced and kissed in the dark, then on bended knee he popped the question! She said yes (of course!) and we are so delighted to have had one last super special proposal of 2018 at The Brewster Inn. We wish the couple a very happy 2019 and we we beyond delighted that we could be a part of their big night.
