We are so excited to partners with Southern Glazer Wine & Spirits and On The Rocks Cocktails (OTR) to bring you a unique event - Bar(re) at The Brewster. On Friday, June 24, 2022 starting at 4:30, we will be meeting at The Brewster Inn docks for a 45 minute outdoor barre class sponsored by Pure Barre Studio in Dewitt, NY followed by a sampling of signature cocktails from OTR.
What is barre? Each barre class is designed to be a full-body, muscle endurance workout. Slow movements with big impact! Typically, they are broken into different sections that focus on major muscle groups including the arms, legs, glutes, and core.
Wait, there's more! With every workout, there should be an equal or greater reward, right? So following the barre class, all guests will not only be treated to On The Rocks Cocktails but also an assortment of light snacks. What is better than basking in your post workout glow by the water with a snack and cocktail in hand? Nothing!
