Menu announced for 2/5 "Monday Wine Series" Event Highlighting Cabernet Sauvignon

How much do you know about Cabernet Sauvignon?

Did you know that it is the most popular red wine grape in the world, and for good reason!

Part of its popularity can be explained by it growing so well, in so many countries. The finest Cab Sauv's were once thought to only grow in France, however that notion all changed in 1976. That was when an English wine merchant held a blind-tasting featuring French and Californian wines with France’s top wine critics. Later dubbed “The Judgement of Paris,” the Californian wines won, proving that great wine could be made outside of France!

So, join us on February 5, 2024 anytime from 5PM-8PM for a 3-course tasting menu highlighting Cabernet Sauvignon. Owner / Wine Manager, Kirk Gibson has hand-selected some of his favorite bottles from the cellar to share with you that evening. For $60 per person guests will be treated to the below tasting menu along with a self-guided wine flight.

First Course

Seafood Bread Pudding

Second Course

Duck Spring Rolls

Entrée Course

Boeuf én Croûte
