Last night, we hosted our second Chef's Table event of the season featuring Chef & Co-Owner, Stephen Franks. Franks, kicked off the evening with a the classic Crepes St. Jaques followed by a lighter offering of a king crab salad. The entree for the evening was a lamb dish prepared in 4 different stylings. The menu for the Italian Pop-Up Dinner on January 11th and January 25th is finally complete... and let's just say it is pretty perfect!
