Chef's Table with Stephen Franks
Last night, we hosted our second Chef's Table event of the season featuring Chef & Co-Owner, Stephen Franks. Franks, kicked off the evening with a the classic Crepes St. Jaques followed by a lighter offering of a king crab salad. The entree for the evening was a lamb dish prepared in 4 different stylings.
