Thursday Pop Up Dinners & Friday Chef's Table

Winter can be rough..

That's why we are doing everything we can to make the most of. Forget trying to conquer the elements, instead join us on Thursday's and Friday's throughout the winter for great food and superb wine.

Each Thursday and Friday (with a few exceptions) throughout the winter, The Brewster Inn will be hosting Pop-Up Dinners (Thursday) and Chef's Table Dinners (Friday).


Starts 1/11/18 and ends at the end of March

Serving from 5:00PM-8:30PM, all times.

The themes will change from week to week, but the overall concept will remain the same - a total departure from the traditional menu, where our chef's can share with you some of their favorite cuisine from all over the globe. Appetizers will range from $8-$15 and entrees will range from $21-$40. Perfect for sharing with a gathering of friends. Optional wine pairings for the night will be handpicked by Wine Manager / Co-Owner, Kirk Gibson.

Themes: Italian, Classic American, and Southern Hemisphere (so many great cuisines to choose from!)

Highlights: This year we are partnering with breweries like Cazenovia's own Empire Farm Brewery on January 18th, and wineries such as Flora Springs in Napa Valley on February 22nd to bring you even more unique events with superb pairings of food and beverage.


Starts 1/12/18 and ends at the end of March

Dinner at 7:00PM sharp!

Reservations Necessary, seating is limited.

Chef's Table: A private dining experience reserved for VIPs (that's you!) and special guests. Patrons may be served a themed tasting menu prepared and served by the chef. Join us for a front row view and an interactive dining experience unlike any other. For $60 per person, you will be treated to a 4-course meal including various small gifts from the chef. The menu varies week to week, but typically includes a couple appetizers, entree, and dessert. This inventive seasonal menu that can be accompanied by wine pairings for an additional fee. The full menu will be posted on Monday of each week by 12:00PM.

Themes: A few of our themes have been announced... 1/12 is "Stephen's favorites", 1/19 is Spain, and 1/23 is Wagyu Beef.

Highlights: This is our second year in the saddle for this series. The first was a smash hit for adventurous foodies. Don't fret if you don't know exactly what each item on the menu is... come with an open mind and an adventurous palette because these artistic creations are sure to knock your socks off!
