Who says that Irish cuisine is bland!?

With Chef David France in the kitchen, we invite you to experience the vibrancy of flavor in Irish cuisine. We will tackle classic dishes, but also show you the lesser known delicacies of Ireland.

And let's not forget the fabulous alcohol samplings of this country... Everything from red ales to Irish whiskeys will be perfectly paired with each course.

Chef France will prepare all 5-courses, plus two gifts in front of the room as he explains his special ingredients and cooking techniques. $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Optional beverage pairing is $30 per person additional.

So this year, we are saying no to green beer and shamrock shakes, and we are embracing the Celtic heritage with the respect it deserves.

Irish Whiskey Cured Salmon

with a beet root blini and caraway sour cream

Lamb Pastie

hand pie filled with braised lamb & root vegetables

Dave's Boiled Dinner

Corned Beef Tongue with kimchi cabbage, carrots & potatoes

Dessert Course

Treacle Bread Pudding

with donegal oatmeal ice cream
