Chef's Tables Begin on January 4th

We are so delighted to let you know that our Chef's Table Series returns in 2019 on Friday, January 4th.

If you've never attended a Chef's Table event we invite you experiencing the culinary talents of Chef / Owner, Jason Wright, Chef / Owner, Stephen Franks and Chef de Cuisine, David France.

This winter, we invite you to join us for an interactive dining experience unlike any other. For this intimate dinner event, the chef will be curating a themed menu in front of your own eyes and discussing his specialty ingredients, food preparations, and culinary techniques.

Three Sunday's of each month - January, February and March each chef will host their own table, limited to 25 guests on a theme of their own creation. In years past, it has ranged from Peruvian, Spanish Tapas, Game, Truffles and much more. The chef's may choose to highlight a country, a style of cooking, or even a special ingredient.

Menus will be announced on the Monday prior to each event at 12pm noon. Typically the 4-5 course meal will include 2 gifts from the chef and cost $60 per person. An optional wine pairing led by Wine Manager / Owner, Kirk Gibson is available by request as well for an additional $30.

Themes have not yet been announced, but dates include:

January 4, 11 & 25

February 1, 8 & 22

March 8, 15 & 22
