The Chef's at The Brewster Inn are very particular about the tools they use in their practice of the culinary arts. Cooking is our craft and we know that excellent food starts with great raw ingredients, the right tools, and time-tested preparations and techniques.
With that said, we are so excited to bring you a Big Green Egg Smoke Dinner on Thursday, September 15th starting at 6pm.
Knock on wood, (pun intended) weather is going to be cool, clear, and dry -- a perfect night to light up the smokers outside and put them to the test.
We will be gathering in the Rose Garden (covered in case of inclimate weather) and chef will be preparing the following selection of passed hor'derves and expertly selected wine pairings.
We can't give away the entire menu, but Chef will be smoking everything he can get his hand on! Here are a few hints to the passed appetizers we will be featuring...
