On Friday, February 7, 2025, The Brewster Inn is hosting their first Chef's Table of the 2025 Season.
Starting at 6PM, this "Fire & Ice" dinner features a stunning blend of contrasting elements, combining the warmth and zest of fiery dishes with the refreshing and soothing qualities of icy creations.
The Concept
Chef Stephen Franks and Chef David France are looking to the elements for inspiration. Revolving around the harmonious interplay of two opposing forces, each course is designed to be a multi-sensory experience. Each dish aims to showcase contrasting temperatures, textures, flavors -- and even different culinary influences. The menu is $100 per person and comes with the option of a complementary wine tasting for $50 per person.
Atmosphere & Ambiance
By design we have chosen to keep this dinner small and intimate. The Chefs will be positiioned in the front of the room - so be sure to arrive early for a close seat! Attendance at the Fire and Ice Chefs Dinner is often limited to ensure an intimate and personalized experience for each guest. This exclusivity allows for greater interaction with the chefs, who are often available to discuss their creations and share insights into the inspiration behind their dishes. It also ensures that every detail, from the service to the presentation, is executed to perfection. Attendees will be able to watch them prepare each course as they explain their inspiration, ingredients and culinary preparations. Guests are encouraged to interact and ask questions.
