Menu announced for 1/29 "Monday Wine Series" Event Highlighting Red Blends

Join us on January 29th, 2024 anytime from 5PM-8PM (CLICK HERE for reservations) for a 3-course tasting menu highlighting red blends. Owner / Wine Manager, Kirk Gibson has hand-selected some of his favorite bottles from the cellar to share with you that evening. For $60 per person guests will be treated to the below tasting menu along with a self-guided wine flight.

First Course

Stuffed Poached Pear

borsain herbed cheese

Second Course

Venison Carpaccio

pan-seared venison loin, baby arugula,

grated grana cheese, creme fraiche & olives

Entrée Course

Chicken Curry Hand Pie

roasted chicken, savory vegetables &

curry in house made puff pastry
