The new winter cocktail list is officially making its debut for the season! We are looking forward to all those cold weather flavors that we only get once a year.
Cazadores Blanco Tequila + Fresh Lime + Cranberry Juice
One popular drink to make a comeback from last year is the Cran-Brrr-Rita. We love a margarita, even in the wintertime, and with this fun little twist of cranberry we can make it seasonal and festive! Also, if you are looking for an alternative to cranberry, we still have our blood orange margarita in the mix as well!
Christmas Cheer $15
Hennessy Cognac + Local Egg Nog + Gingerbread Rim
This will be the first time we have introduced cognac to our seasonal cocktail list, and for good reason! This cup of "Christmas Cheer" is a win on all accounts! Hennessy mixed with thick and creamy local egg nog, topped with cinnamon and garnished with a rim of crushed gingerbread cookies! It's a true dessert in a glass, and something we can treat ourselves to this time of year!
Merry & Bright $12
Prosecco + Rosemary Syrup + Pomegranate Juice
Another seasonal flavor that we love is the bright tang of pomegranate! We will be pairing it with an Italian Prosecco and infusing it with our house-made rosemary simple syrup to offer an herbaceous undertone to the flavors.
We are also offering this drink on our non-alcoholic cocktail list where we swap the Prosecco for sparkling water or even lemon-lime soda if you are looking for a little extra sweetness.
Chocolate Peppermint-ini $15
Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka + Peppermint Schnapps + Cream + Peppermint Rim
We couldn't leave the classic combination of chocolate and peppermint off the list! This drink tastes just like grandma's homemade peppermint bark in a glass! The perfect mix of vodka, peppermint schnapps, chocolate liqueur with a touch of cream.
...and the best part, well its the crunchy rim covered in crushed candy cane pieces.
Bourbon Bliss $15
Buffalo Trace Bourbon + Honey Syrup +
Muddled Cranberries & Mint + Ginger Ale
Last but not least, what winter cocktail menu would be complete without some bourbon. This twist on a mule mixed with a mojito incorporates more diverse flavors including local honey and tart cranberries. Instead of having the sharp flavor of ginger beer we are toning it down with ginger ale to let the other flavors shine through.
We are so excited to invite you all to come in and try our newest seasonal creations! We are also planning a winter menu change to be here in the next week and we look forward to sharing that with you as well!
