Brewster Inn Announces Italian Wine Pairing Dinner on April 25th

Just when you think we might be slowing down for a minute, we find another reason to celebrate the pairing of great food and wine.

On April 25th at 7PM, we keep that tradition alive with our Italian Wine & Food Pairing Dinner featuring Giovanni Caveggia, from Leonardo LoCasio Selections. Six courses for $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

First Course:

Fried Artichoke

paired with Marsuret Prosecco, Superiore Brut San Boldo (NV)

Second Course:

Clams with Calabrian chilies & toasted garlic

paired with Pievalta Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore (2016)

Third Course:

Prosciutto & Gilled Melon Salad with a pink peppercorn vinaigrette

paired with Pico Mccario, Lavignone Rosato (2018)

Fourth Course:

Braised Rabbit Canneloni

paired with Castello di Neive, Barbaresco (2016)

Fifth Course:

Crispy Polenta with Braised Cinghiale (wild boar)

paired with Castellare di Castellino, Chianti Classico (2017)

Dessert Course:

Almond & Fig Zeppole
