If you haven't heard of our Table 1890, we are about to let you in on one of the best kept secrets in Central New York.
In 2021 we opened up, what we would consider our "best table" to the public.
Known as “Table 1890” we unveiled a private table for two in our lakefront gazebo. Nestled amongst the flowers, this secluded candle-lit table is just steps away from the shoreline.
CUSTOM TASTING MENU:
Our goal is to offer each couple a completely unique dining experience. Our starting point is a 4-course tasting menu artfully prepared by our Executive Culinary team. Each menu is a combination of exceptional ingredients and local bounty. All guests are encouraged to tailor their menu further.
Leading up to the big night, each couple will be contacted by our culinary team to participate in menu creation. We get to know each couple based on their culinary likes and dislikes. No matter if you are a novice foodie or an over-the-top adventurous eater, we can accomodate. Our Executive Chef will incorporate cultural influences along with favorite foods, and more -- to masterfully prepare a one-of-kind personalized experience.
WINE SELECTIONS: If you consider yourself a wine enthusiast allow us to take your dinner to the next level. Elevate each course with a perfectly paired wine flight or surprise your guest with a chilled bottle of champagne awaiting you at the table.
ABOVE & BEYOND: Whether it’s a special occasion or simply a moment of respite, our in-house concierge service can assist in creating a magical moment to be remembered.
WEATHER: We have been blessed with some pretty beautiful summer nights this past summer. However, if Mother Nature doesnt cooperate with our plans we offer a wide range of inclimate weather alternatives.
From start to finish, we look forward to choreographing the evening to your unique preferences. A surprise evening or a planned event, we will make sure you receive the most refined dining experience catering to adventurous palates.
