As much a we love the summer months, there is something very special about winter in Central New York. Time seems to slow down momentarily and winter allows us the opportunity to sit and savor a special bottle of wine, a wonderful dinner and the company of the ones we love the most.

Winter Package: Sunday through Thursday room discount -- 25% off rooms accompanied by a 25% discount in the restaurant.

From January 1 through March 30, 2024 we are offering a special dinner & overnight package. Join us any night, Sunday through Thursday for special room rates on some of our most exclusive rooms. We have rooms with a wide variety of amenities including gas fireplaces, double person jacuzzi tubs, and picturesque views of Cazenovia Lake and the sprawling back lawn.

All rooms come with Beekman 1802 amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body gel, lotion, make-up removing wipes & soap. Each room is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, cable television, alarm clock, telephone and complimentary wifi internet. Beverages including coffee, tea, and water are available 24 hours per day. Treat Yourself:

Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable. Upon your arrival we can arrange for a bottle of wine or champagne to be in the room. Light bites including chocolate covered strawberries and cheese boards are available as well. We also can provide Brewster Inn momentos including branded coffee mugs and wine glasses. Dinner Discount: Enjoy an overnight with us and allow us to extend our family and friends discount to you. Please enjoy 25% off on all food and beverage in the restaurant. This discount will only be applied towards the two people staying in the room, and not the entire dinner reservation.

• Enjoy a Wine Tasting at Owera Vineyards: As the first winery in Madison County, this little vineyard is showing CNY what it can produce. Join them for a wine flight and great food at their stunning hilltop vineyard.

• Classic Arcade Games & Bowling: Cazenovia Sports Bowl is great hidden gem in Cazenovia. Not only does the kitchen stay open until 10pm, but they have plenty of bowling lanes and a great classic arcade games. When was the last time you played virtual basketball or tested your luck with the claw.

• Live Music at Meier's Creek: The largest farm brewery in the state is always cooking up something good. Try their vast selections of craft beers as you peek in on their state-of-the-art facility through floor to ceiling glass windows. This cozy bar hosts great events including a weekly acoustic music event in the tasting room.

• Skanda Animal Sanctuary: We are so blessed to have Skanda in our town. Skanda provides a loving home to rescued and endangered animals where they can relax, live in their own natural rhythms of life, and emerge into who they really are. • Skate at the Caz Rec Center: 24 Burton Street is home to this hidden gem. Low key ice skating rink is open to the public 7 nights of the week. Rentals are unavailable, so make sure to bring a pair of skates.

• Live Music at The Brae Loch Inn: One of our favorite spots for a late-night scotch and a game of pool. This cozy Scottish pub is perfect in the winter for live music by one of their many fireplaces.

• Art in Nature at Stone Quarry Hill Art Park: Walk this sprawling property of trails and stumble upon fantastic art installations along the way.

Whether its a night away, or even longer -- we'd love to host you in Cazenovia! Our winter package runs from January 1st to March 30, 2024 and the 25% discount is applicable for every night of your stay.

Rules: - All Reservations for The Winter Package must be made over the phone.

- Winter package demarcation must be made at the time of booking, and not applied retroactively.

- Restaurant discount cannot be applied toward special dining events (chef's tables, dining week, takeout menus, etc.) - Hotel discounts cannot be applied with other discounts (including corporates rates, Expedia or Hotels.com)

- Discounts are not valid for holidays or weekends. Sunday through Thursday hotel bookings only. - 25% discount is only applicable to 2 people per room. If other people are attending dinner, they will not be discounted. - Discount cannot be used towards brunch.

- Discounts can be used on all rooms except for room #5 and #24. Those rooms are already deeply discounted as is.
