There is something we will forever love about the calmness of the winter months! This is a time for us to take things at a slower pace (from the craziness of summer) and reconnect with our creative selves. And our love of great food and good wine is no exception!
So please join us as we cozy up in one of our fire-lit dining rooms to savor an expertly curated 3-course tasting menu and self-guided wine pairing.
A tasting menu at The Brewster Inn typically retails for $125 per person, however in an attempt to keep this series approachable for all wine lovers, we are offering each event for $60 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations will be available anytime from 5PM to 8PM.
This includes a a self-guided wine pairing that perfectly complements a 3-course tasting menu. All offerings have been strategically chosen by Wine Manager & Owner, Kirk Gibson to best reflect the wine region or varietal of focus.
Menu: Menus will be available 1 week prior to the event, and will feature dishes inspired by each location. We are offering only 20 tickets for each event, so please note we will not be able to accommodate any dietary restrictions or food allergies.
