2020 Chef's Table Season

It's official. The Brewster Inn Chef's Table is back again this winter!

On Friday's starting in January, we invite you to join us for an interactive dining experience unlike any other. For this intimate dinner event, the chef will be curating a themed menu in front of your own eyes and discussing his specialty ingredients, food preparations and culinary techniques.

Meet the men behind the menu. For the 2020 series of Chef's Table you will experience the culinary talents of Chef / Owner, Jason Wright, Chef / Owner, Stephen Franks and Chef de Cuisine, David France.

Each chef will host their own table, limited to 25 guests on a theme of their own creation. In years past, it has ranged from Peruvian, Spanish Tapas, Game, Truffles and much more. The chef's may choose to highlight a country, a style of cooking, or even a special ingredient.

$65 per person $35 optional wine pairing

Menus will be announced on the Monday prior to each event at 12pm noon. Typically the 4-5 course meal will include two gifts from the chef and cost $65 per person. An optional wine pairing led by Wine Manager / Owner, Kirk Gibson is available by request as well for an additional $35. Themes are typically announced two weeks prior.

February: 7th, 21st, & 28th

March: 6th, 13th, & 20th

April: 3rd

Dinner typically runs from 7-9PM.
